Terms of Service (public offer)

1. Service

PuzzleBook makes a personalized large-print word search book (30 puzzles with answer keys) from the words you enter and delivers it as a printable PDF and a private web page. A free preview is shown before you pay; the full result is unlocked after payment.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment ($14.99, one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed by monobank (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is accepted once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

The result appears on your private order page, usually within a few minutes after payment, and we email you the link and the PDF.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Only enter names of people who would be happy to appear in the book.

5. Refunds

If the book has a mistake (a word that is not in its grid, a misspelled title, a PDF that does not open) or is not delivered within 24 hours, email heldig.lab@pm.me within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full. Each book is made to order, so other refunds are at our discretion. Heldig Lab issues refunds by hand to the card you paid with, within 5 business days.

6. Acceptable use

Do not enter or upload anything illegal, hateful or sexual, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse any order and refund it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
